The olives used in this product are of the “DOURO” variety. It is a product intended for consumption as it is presented. It does not have any direct, such type of additives or preservatives. The extra virgin olive oil SOLAR DOS DRAGOS in which the olives are submerged acts as a seasoning, but also as a natural preservative, together with the garlic and other condiments used. The resulting product is intended to accompany a meal, bringing to the consumer the remarkable features of Mediterranean gastronomic culture.
